Affectionately dubbed “Seminary for the Ordinary,” OBX ONE gives every person in the church an opportunity to learn the same kinds of things taught in seminary without writing papers, taking tests, reading thousands of pages, and paying thousands of dollars.
How does this work?
- Students work at an easy to manage pace listening to pre-recorded lectures and filling out the accompanying study guides.
- Each course runs on an eight week schedule with one class meeting at the end of each month.
- In these meetings, students are focused on the major points and interact with each other to process and apply what they’ve learned.
What’s the goal?
The goal is to develop followers of Christ who are better equipped to serve in their churches and communities.
